You`re terrible, I paid for new furniture, you tried to sell me old ones, and screws were missing, and a running board, part of the frame was wrapped in hanging film. Sorry the customer service people are rude, Mr. mustache and his 2 sizes too small shirt walk around as if he owned the place, I paid cash why 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund It was by far the worst service I have ever received in my life when buying furniture. First of all, my order was partially delivered, which caused me to run out of working time. Secondly, the construction crew left me with a broken bedside table and loose kitchen table chairs. The next thing I know is that the railing breaks under my bed. When the mattress was lifted to see exactly what the problem was, they were NEVER pierced in place!!! I went to the store and the manager “ordered” new ones and after about a month of waiting, I had to call them to see what the raid was. I was informed that they were inside and the lady continued to suggest delivery dates and times. I told him explicitly after 4:30 p.m. She tells me that the last delivery is at 5 a.m., so I`m only called at a time. RIDICULOUS!! When my furniture was originally delivered, my window was from 4pm to 6pm. They didn`t arrive until around 8 p.m.

Therefore, you can NOT tell me that the last delivery is at 5 pm. As if I was still waiting for railings because the MANAGER ordered the wrong item “AGAIN”!! It was a nightmare. These broken rails could ruin my temperate mattress warranty I bought in Denver!! I AM ANGRY WITH ALL MY HEART!!! I wouldn`t shop here anymore if they gave stuff. Which should and is a simple and straightforward standard process for most other furniture stores – will exhaust you in this case. It will suck you away from your time and money. A star for the price – we got what we paid. We can compare 3 different stores where we ordered different furniture. Two were great and the row of furniture is and was terrible.

All we ordered was a dining table and chairs. It arrived on time and was delivered on time. (They also left behind a bunch of garbage and materials, and I think that`s another difference between other furniture stores. The other two cleaned up after themselves.) Two of the six chairs were damaged as well as the table top. I called and said they would replace it – no problem, so good so far. The day they were supposed to deliver was a no-call no-show, so we called them. They said the new one wouldn`t be in this Friday, but it would arrive over the weekend for a Monday delivery – ok, it will work. Monday came and went, as did the window from 12 to 14:00, without that time being called. Call them back to arrange another day to have it delivered. We`ll see how that goes. At least always in the middle of the mess.

Unfortunately, once you have received your delivered goods, they will not suit the customer at all, depending on the service or delivery service, they work around their schedule, even if you request a delay of 1 or 2 weeks in advance. I don`t care. They want to visit you during the week and during working hours between 2-4. I let them know that no one is home. Too bad because your SOL- they can`t plan ahead, not even for you, to ask for time off work, as they will call you the night before after work to tell you what time they are leaving. Asked about the last route, the last one that can be seen can`t either. Meanwhile, your sofa at home is broken.

Not even a month has passed with my furniture and I already have problems. The funny thing is, if that was the delivery time, they could do it on a Saturday. Strange, isn`t it? Please take your business elsewhere, it will place you as a customer, especially after spending a lot of money. Unfortunately, we have an M-F 8-5 job and have to work to pay for the furniture. Zero customer service. We ordered and paid for the furniture 13 weeks ago, estimated delivery to Grand Junction 6-8 weeks. Our furniture has been in a warehouse in Denver for 3 weeks. Apparently, they don`t know how to load it onto one of your trucks that come to Grand Junction every week. We have been constantly lied to about delivery and we still have nothing. Some suppliers test a product down to certain weights for normal daily use, but this is not an industry standard available for all furniture lines. I received my furniture again this Wednesday and again I received the wrong piece of furniture and the wrong plug for my deckchair. I don`t know why I keep getting the wrong furniture. But for the last time, they said they would send me a new lounge chair and my love seat in the next two weeks.

Well, we`ll see. I wouldn`t recommend my roll of furniture to my friends or family. I am going through the same thing. I bought a love seat sofa and the order required 12 weeks of delivery but no furniture. I talked to the manager and I thought he would call me as soon as he could contact the department that processes these types of orders. This man continues to lie and doesn`t care about providing customer service. I wish I could cancel the order, but since this is a special order, I am forced to wait with my living room empty. When I receive my furniture, I will not return to Furniture Row. I`ve bought from them before and have never encountered such poor customer service.

I am VERY didactic in your company! I bought an 800th entertainment center and was told the truth that I had to wait a while to get it, but the seller lied to me and lied to me if I was for assembly and delivery, they would move what I already had or remove it if I didn`t want any more. After a long wait, they came today and told me that they could not touch anything other than what they had brought me. I am 67 years old and I am disabled and I am very disappointed and angry, not only because I was lied to, but also because everyone I spoke to pretty much told me I was lying!!! Two young men came in a truck and only one came to the door and left after a two-minute conversation with my cabinet. Of course, he lied to his bosses and said I didn`t want it! As much as I loved it too – I don`t want it after all this!! I was so upset that I felt like I was going to have a heart attack or stroke!! No piece of furniture is worth even remotely what your employees went through by me – very irresponsible!! It`s a holiday weekend and that`s all they`ve taken care of! It was very clear that they didn`t care about me at all, just wanted to be on their way so they could start with what they had planned for their vacation! Very, very disappointing! And the seller was so nice, but I now know he just wanted to make a sale!! All sofas and upholstered furniture have a small “burglary time”. The foam becomes softer at all quality levels when the cushions are broken. The objects on our floor go through a process as soon as they arrive on the exhibition space to “break in”. After a short period of use, your new furniture will soon have the same comfort as showroom products. Worst customer service ever in Grand Forks, Nd.

NO follow-up calls, emails from someone in store. We bought a sofa and a loveseat and now the sofa is falling apart, but they won`t fix or replace it for us because they said the warranty expired. I even purchased the extended warranty to make sure it`s fully covered. Well, this company won`t cover it either. Managers don`t care about customers, especially after buying your furniture. The worst customer service experience ever. Stay away from this place, the company doesn`t care about you, they only care about your money. Buyers beware. The colors displayed on the shelves are also stored in our distribution centers. In 2016, I purchased a microfiber living room set from the Furniture Row store in Champaign, Illinois. I liked the whole thing, but since I`m a heavy person, the weight is about 280 lbs, I asked the seller if it would fit under my weight. I was assured that my body weight was not an issue. Fast forward to December 2019. I call the store because the feathers are now giving up. They send a contractor to check and fix it. I was told it was the damping foam and not the springs. The repairman says he will go back to the store to see what he can do.

I get a call telling me that there is a notification that can be made as they call it “Fair Wear and Tear”.
